Since Installous has been stopped working (from 31 december 2012).Installing paid apps freely was again a hopeless thing.
AppCake has found a solution to it and it is a similar program like installous with greater functionality and has enabled us again to install freely even the paid apps.
You can install APPCAKE on your Iphone/Ipad/Ipod by installing appcake from cydia via its source cydia.iphonecake.com
Or you can directly install appcake form your iphone/ipad/ipod by visiting www.iphonecake.com
If you dont like Appcake you can also go for Vshare appVV
